FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: material has the first and second outer face layers, the first and second interlayers arranged between them, scattering element arranged between the first and second interlayers, and polymer matrix between interlayer and face layer. Scattering element is arranged with the possibility of scattering and redirection of accidentally directed active concentrated load applied at least to one of two outer surfaces, into load directed along the first and second interlayers as stretching them.

EFFECT: material has high impact resistance, high energy-absorption property, high elasticity in case of impact loads, high degree of elastic recovery after plastic deformation, high fatigue resistance and durability, simple and cheap mechanical treatment and manufacturing.
