SUBSTANCE: surface of hopper is made in form of tape spring at a definite height. Drive of spring housing provides clockwise/counterclockwise rotation of spring, thus creating expanding horizontal and shifting vertical forces in hanging-on material in hopper which provides uniform loosening of material over entire volume and normal discharging of material from hopper.
