FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hopper with conical part provided with discharge opening and device providing uniform flowing of product. Said device is made in the form of layer of material applied to internal surface of hopper. Said material has friction coefficient differing from that of material of hopper internal surface. Applied material forms at least one spiral tape having diameter reducing toward center of hopper. If several spiral tapes are formed, they are arranged so that their coils are oriented in the same direction. EFFECT: increased efficiency by eliminating hanging of bulk material in hopper or sticking to hopper surfaces and provision for uniform flowing of bulk material during discharge operation. 6 cl, 3 dwg
