FIELD: locking devices. SUBSTANCE: device has ring mounted on key hole and secured by bayonet joint with cover which is provided with external locking safety screw and cylindrical space for mastic seal formed by turning lugs. Mounted on shafts of lugs are levers with pins kinematically connected with curvilinear slots of disk installed for possible rotation on cover axle and being locked from rotation with ring by means of slot end joint. Cover has cylindrical split over centers of holes for shafts of turning lugs which together with levers and their pins inside form common part with safety locking screw in center of rotation of one of lugs and rubber collar installed on end of axle for hermetic sealing of ring space.
