FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: throttle-flowmeter has case 1 with inlet 2 and outlet 3 branch pipes and spindle 5 with limb 6, handle 7 connected to case with the use of thread. Two partitions-diaphragms 10 and 11 with coaxial central holes equal in diameter are located inside case. Two truncated cones directed towards one side with vertexes enter central holes. Cones are made as one unit with spindle. Inlet branch pipe is connected to central space of case located between cones, outlet branch pipe is joined to side spaces.
