FIELD: hydrocarbons transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transportation of hydrocarbons through pipelines and can be used both on main pipelines and on short pipelines. The unit contains a clamping flange and a support flange. The flanges form a through hole aligned with the hole in the main pipeline. The bore formed by the flanges contains the valve seat and the valve holder. A nozzle is installed at the outlet of the holder, behind which, inside the main pipeline, there is a valve fixed on the holder or a check valve fixed on the seat and controlled by the nozzle. The valve holder is sealed using glands, a hold-down ring, and a locknut. On the outer surface of the valve holder and the inner surface of the seating, a thread is made, which ensures the movement of the holder in the seating, while at the end of the holder opposite to the valve arrangement, a means for moving the holder along the seat is made.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the design while maintaining possibility of replacing the nozzle without stopping the pumping of hydrocarbon through the pipeline.
