SUBSTANCE: method involves geologic and geodesic investigations in bores, detection of most probable genesis of secondary collectors using petrologic investigations, detection of petrologic types and speed of spreading longitudinal waves in detected types and in secondary collectors, detection of seismic horizon between reflection of bottom of sediment jacket and reflection in upper side of basement, detection of interval between reflected waves which limits detected horizon. Areas of most probable growth of secondary collectors are judged as zones of maximal intervals. EFFECT: search and estimation of oil and gas supplies in secondary collectors. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
