FIELD: chemical photographic industry. SUBSTANCE: silver halide photographic material consists of substrate, on one of the sides of which photosensitive and gelatin protective layers are successively applied, and on the other side, gelatin antihalation counterlayer is applied. Photosensitive layer is prepared of gelatin silver bromide/iodide emulsion with silver iodide content 2.9-3.1 mol. %, which is characterized with pBr 2.8-3.2, pH 6.7-7.1 and ρ 1.2-1.8 and includes spectral sensitizers: 3,3'-di- g-sulfopropyl-9-ethyl-4,5-benzo-4',5'(thieno- 3",2")thiacarbocyanine-betaine triethylammonium salt and salts of 1,1'-diethyl-2,2'-quinocyanine, 3,3'-di-g-sulfopropyl-9-ethyl-2,2'- quinocyanine, and 3,3'-di-g- sulfopropyl-9-ethyl-5,5'- dimethoxycarbocyanine-betaine; spectral sensitizing activator 3,3'- [1", 2"-bis(ethoxy)-ethyl]-bis(1-ethylbenzimidazolium) diperchlorate; and hardening agent malonic acid N,N,N',N'- tetraisopropoxymethyldiamide. Gelatin protective layer includes above-mentioned hardener. Photosensitive or protective layer additionally contains aminoiminomethanesulfinic acid.
