FIELD: instruments, in particular, magnetic inductance detector in automatic control devices. SUBSTANCE: device provides conversion of capacitance to frequency using field-effect transistor and bipolar photo transistor as light-controlled capacitors for oscillating circuit which power losses are compensated by negative resistance at collector-to-emitter terminals of bipolar photo transistor. Passive coil is used as inductance element. When magnetic field effects magnetic-sensitive diode, which emits light, which fires bipolar photo transistor, then capacitance constituent of total resistance at collector-to-emitter terminals of bipolar photo transistor is altered, so that resonant frequency of circuit is changed.
