FIELD: instruments, in particular, automatic systems for control of manufacturing. SUBSTANCE: device provides conversion of light-controlled resistance to frequency. To achieve this, field-effect transistors are designed as capacitance element of oscillatory circuit; its inductance element is passive inductance. Semiconductor optical detector has two voltage sources, which provides supply of two field-effect transistors through photo resistors. Sources of field-effect transistors are connected to each other. Serial circuit of passive inductance coil and capacitor is connected in parallel to drains of field-effect transistors. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 1 dwg
