FIELD: medical equipment for traction of vertebral column. SUBSTANCE: unit has body whose one section is formed by casing accommodating loading module. The second section is formed by bath for accommodation of patient. Located on casing is mixer for filling of bath with water. Bath lower part has inclined platform for accommodation of patient. Head rest is located on platform and removed as far as possible from casing. Secured in zone of platform, displaced down from head rest to side walls of bath, is cross beam with longitudinal recess in which axillary supports are movably mounted. Located on internal surface of bath side walls are hand supports formed by racks with recesses facing upward for installation of rod. Loading module has the first flexible member embracing distributing pulley and is brought over pulleys with its ends through rollers into bath. Installed on the ends of flexible member are snap hooks for connecting flexible member with coxofemoral belt. Rotary motor, for instance, electric motor of module, has eccentric pulley on its shaft. The end of the second flexible member is secured to eccentric pulley. Flexible member runs from pulley via intermediate pulley and embraces the pulley of compensating spring-loaded rod, and passes further via a group of pulleys and embraces pulley of reducer for setting the value of load controlled by handwheel and passing via pulleys to connect by its other end to tension adjustment screw. Between pulleys, flexible member passes via dynamometer, and rod is movably installed in bushing. Motor is controlled by pushbutton. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 5 dwg
