SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine and can be applied in treatment and prevention of spine diseases by underwater traction. According to the first version on wall bath contains vertical bracket on which movable frame with seal and load, elements of shoulder girdle fixation, hip strap, pelvic belt, rest for feet with fixed ear, as well as air bell, connected with airway and control unit, elongated sidewalls, providing possibility of taking different therapeutic poses, are fixed on movable frame. Upper part of bath is made from elastic floating body to which attached are bath walls, without bottom or with perforated bottom, made from floating elastic material. Bath is provided with bracket, on which fixed are with possibility of travel on flexible connections with dynamometer floating elements for fixation of shoulder girdle and arms, and is connected with warm water pipeline for supporting water temperature comfortable for patient's body. According to the second version bath does not contain bracket, on which fixed are with possibility of travel on flexible connections with dynamometer floating elements for fixation of shoulder girdle and arms.

EFFECT: simplification of bath construction, extension of zone of impact on spine, knee and hip joints by traction method in conditions of application for any swimming pools.
