FIELD: mineral concentration, particular, pulp preparation for floatation; applicable in treatment of ore and nonmetalliferous raw materials by method of flotation. SUBSTANCE: device includes body with cylindrical chamber and conical bottom plate, inlet of pulp supply, and sands outlet, and tangential water inlet installed in body lower part; installed in body upper part are overflow launder and tight casing with an outlet, expanding recleaning chamber connected to sands outlet and having tightly secured to its bottom plate, devices for trapping heavy fraction made in form of vertical cylinders with conical bottom plates having discharge holes in cone vertexes and tangential branch pipes installed on walls of cylinders at joint with conical bottom plates. Bottom of expanding recleaning chamber is stepped, and devices for trapping heavy fraction are located on each its step. Diameter of cylinder of devices for trapping heavy fraction and step length, on which it is located, correspond to width of bottom plate of expanding recleaning chamber on each its step. Tangential branch pipes installed on walls of cylinders of devices for trapping heavy fraction are arranged in pairs on same diameter on each cylinder and connected by one end of each pair to pulp distributor which is connected to sands outlet, and by the other end, to water supply header. Pulp inlet has, in its lower part, similar device for trapping heavy fraction. Both ends of pair of tangential branch pipes are connected to water-supply header. Expanding recleaning chamber, on the side of wide end, has regulated overflow launder and chute for receiving pulp overflow with fine-grained fraction. Cylinders of device for trapping heavy fraction has annual bead secured to cylinder internal surface at the level of its upper end. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
