FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: head includes expanding members secured on spring-loaded spindles and set in rotation from drive through slot. Translational motion of spindles is performed by means of pistons located in cavity of head body and connected directly to spindles. pressure is transmitted to pistons of spindles by compressing the liquid in hydraulic chamber of body by means of power hydraulic cylinder. Control of pressure is effected by means of electrohydraulic system which includes primary sensor showing magnitude of pressure in hydraulic chamber of body, normalizer module unit, threshold device to compare magnitudes of driving and measuring pressures and hydraulic adjusting equipment unit which is controlled by threshold device and is used for acting on power hydraulic cylinder.
