FIELD: foundry; manufacture of fine-relief, in particular, artistic ingots with complicated hollows and configurations. SUBSTANCE: method includes cladding of refractory filler with gel-forming agent, its filling into equipment and supply onto it of gel-forming binding solution. Clad filler prior to filling into equipment is additionally treated with inhibitor of solidification of binding agent, and after filling, created in equipment is air rarefaction with residual pressure of 0.01-0.05 MPa and then, binding agent is introduced, and cladding of refractory filler is accomplished with aqueous solution of alumochloride with density of 1250-1270 kg/cu.m and ferrochromium slag taken is mass ratio of (1-2):1. Binding agent for impregnation of clad filler in equipment is used in form of water glass with density of 1250-1350 kg/cu. m and modulus of 2.6-3.0. Treatment with inhibitor is carried out by its injection in form of aerosol into filler being in fluidized state at the rate of (2-3)x10^-6 kg/s per square meter of surface of filler particles.
