FIELD: automobile and tractor engineering; automatic control systems of vehicle brakes. SUBSTANCE: in process of braking brake torques of each wheel are constantly evaluated, summary brake force and vehicle driving speed are determined. At preset slipping of each wheel, speed of wheel is evaluated. Preset speed is compared with actual speed and error in speed control for each braked wheel is found. Using evaluations of braking torque and speed control errors, preset pressure in drive circuit of each wheel is determined than preset pressure is compared with actual pressure and, basing on error signal, control signals are formed which are supplied to pressure modulators of each braked wheel. Device has observer 10 for each wheel whose inputs are coupled with pressure transmitter 9 in brake circuit and with wheel speed transmitter 7. Output of observer is connected with control device shaping control signal for brake circuit pressure modulator. EFFECT: improved reliability of operation. 9 cl, 3 dwg
