FIELD: fat-and-oil and perfume-cosmetic industries. SUBSTANCE: ground bark of coniferous trees are extracted by hydrocarbon solvent. Extract is boiled down up to concentration of dry substances 6-10%. Precipitated wax is filtered, washed by hydrocarbon solvent, and dried. Residue of solvent is eliminated from concentrate, while volatile terepene compositions are removed by direct steam. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl
