FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention focuses on removing hydrogen and increasing plasticity in steels, preferably those of bainite type. According to invention, blanks are cooled after hot plastic deformation first to temperatures Ac1 20-30 C with rate 15-60 C/min and then to temperatures by 10-20 C higher than that of the end of ferrite- perlite conversions with rate 1.0-4.5 C/min. Further anti-snowflake treatment is conducted in nonheated stack for 10-30 h followed by cooling in air. EFFECT: increased plasticity, eliminated crack formation, increased specific elongation and impact resistance. 1 tbl
