FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: for saving energy, autonomous provision of power and foods, building is arranged so that dwelling block, greenhouse and vegetable bunker are connected by means of ropes in pairs with cold and hot water reservoirs and heat accumulator. Ropes are reeved through pulleys attached at top of elevator shaft located in center of taper-shaped light-transparent space. Reservoirs and heat accumulator also function as counterweights allowing depending on season for changing position of dwelling block, greenhouse and vegetable bunker in vertical direction including their location below ground level. Greenhouse due to outbursts of aerosol and gas directly to roots of plants located in vegetation tubes has possibility together with dwelling block connected to it to displace around central axis and this contributes to uniform insolation of plants and dwelling premises and also to neutralization of geopathogenic factors. In addition, vertical movement of building components under automatic control system ensures taking in consideration influence of astropsychophysiological factors. Pneumatic pads located in base of building are used as shock absorbers at lowering of building components, and gas mixture is used in pneumatic transportation system in vegetable bunker and for outbursts in greenhouse.
