FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: building comprises a residential building, an atrium, public institution buildings, bioenergy devices, a garage, stock-raising farms, swimming pools. The residential building is located at the southern side of the building, adjacent to the atrium, to where public institutions and bioenergy devices exit. The garage, farms and swimming pools are located at the northern side. The building roof is made in the form of an inclined plane reducing in the northern direction and including a system of snow-saving canisters. In the building base there are pylons installed, which include reactors of cylindrical shape installed in a circular manner, combined by oil tores, from where oil gets into a hydraulic monitor, where energy is generated. The building is equipped with a heating station providing for the process of heat pump operation due to connection to pipes installed in exhausted wells. And also with fuel elements generating energy in process of chemical reaction between air oxygen and ammonia.

EFFECT: increased operational reliability of a building.
