FIELD: valve units of sucker-rod pumps. SUBSTANCE: body is provided with circular projection on inner surface and radial drain passages is provided with axially movable piston. Outer surface of piston is sealed relative to inner surface of body. Piston is mounted on rod provided with sleeve. Piston has longitudinal through passages and through radial hole where locking member with bevelled end faces is located. Outer surface of rod is provided with circular bores for engagement with one face and projection with piston in lowering the rods. Inner lateral surface of body is provided with circular bore for engagement with other face and piston with sleeve in hoisting the rods. Piston is connected with rod by means of shear pin.
