FIELD: testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: movable table intended for fastening article under test and mounted on vee-slides is brought to speed by accelerator containing two pairs of springs secured on the base in cantilever. Free ends of one pair of the springs interact through a cross-piece with the device for adjusting deformation of springs. The table accelerator includes also a cam mechanism with speed-adjustable drive motor. This mechanism is designed for bringing the table out of equilibrium and for its subsequent release. Impact momenta are formed, when the table is braked with the aid of a shock absorbing device. EFFECT: more precise reproduction of preset parameters of impact momenta.
