FIELD: radars. SUBSTANCE: device has calculation unit, control unit, magnetic tape storage, indicator, control board, unit of index registers. First and second outputs of magnetic storage are connected to corresponding inputs of calculation unit. First, second and third outputs of calculation unit are connected to corresponding inputs of control unit, first, second and third outputs are connected to corresponding inputs of indicator. First to fourth device inputs are connected to fourth to seventh inputs of control unit. First output of calculation unit is connected to third input of unit of index registers. First, second and third outputs of unit of index registers are connected to fourth, fifth and sixth inputs of calculation unit. First and second outputs of control board are connected to corresponding inputs of unit of index registers. Second and third outputs of control board are connected to seventh and third inputs of calculation unit. Unit of index registers, control board and connections are introduced to accomplish goal of invention. EFFECT: increased efficiency of decisions which are made by operators of radio engineering equipment in tactic field which features are low-height targets. 4 dwg
