SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to training technical facilities and can be used for training of operators of radar systems (RS). The simulator for training of operators of ship passive RS contains the operator console of passive RS with fifteen outputs, the unit of indicator devices with ten inputs and one integrated input with output, the radiation signal bearing frequency memory unit with five inputs and outputs, the antenna current position simulation unit with one input and output, the target detection time memory unit with four inputs and one output, the receiver simulation unit with five inputs and three outputs, the far tropospheric signal propagation simulation unit with three inputs and five outputs, the video signal simulation unit with ten inputs and four outputs, the evaluator with five inputs and outputs, the online memory unit with one input and output, the buffer memory with two inputs and one output, the false target simulation unit (FTSU) with one input and output, the first AND gate with two inputs and one output, the second AND gate with one input and output, the third AND gate with two inputs and one output, OR gate with two inputs and one output, NOT gate with one input and output. BILTs contains the input register, two registers of constants, two adders, two multipliers, the scheme of comparison, an AND gate, the OR gate.
EFFECT: the invention allows to approach simulation conditions to the real ones as much as possible.
