SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to training technical facilities and can be used for training of operators of radar systems (RS). The simulator for training of operators of ship passive RS contains an operator console of passive RS with fifteen outputs, the unit of indicator devices with ten inputs and one integrated input with output, the radiation signal bearing frequency memory unit with five inputs and outputs, the antenna current position simulation unit with two inputs and one output, the target detection time memory unit with four inputs and one output, the receiver simulation unit with five inputs and two outputs, the unit of simulation of distant tropospheric signal propagation with three inputs and five outputs, the video signal simulation unit with ten inputs and four outputs, the calculator with five inputs and outputs, the online memory unit with one input and output, the buffer memory with two inputs and one output, the adaptive observation parameters simulation unit (AOPSU) with five inputs and two outputs, the first AND gate with two inputs and one output, the second AND gate with two inputs and one output, the OR gate with two inputs and one output, NOT element with one input and output. AOPSU contains five input registers, the constant register, two adders, the multiplier, two comparison circuits, seven AND gates, the delayed multivibrator.
EFFECT: the invention allows to approach simulation conditions to the real ones as much as possible.
