FIELD: phase-contrast investigation. SUBSTANCE: device has light source, condenser, which front focal plane contains aperture. In addition device has lens which back focal plane or conjugate plane of back focal plane contains phase plate. In addition device has lens raster, which is located before aperture for generation of light source image in plane of aperture. Hole of aperture is designed as transparent ring or transparent circle. Phase plate has two-dimensional phase stepwise pattern which is located on phase plate in region which is optically conjugate to hole of aperture. In addition two-dimensional pattern with transparent holes may be located in plane of hole of aperture. Said transparent holes are spaced by periods which are equal to steps of light source images in plane of aperture. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 3 cl, 5 dwg
