Relation W of tangent of nominal scattering angle u of lens raster to tangent of scattering angle u' of lens raster in illuminator does not exceed 1.5. Lens raster is selected so that its parameters satisfy relations given in formula. In addition, illuminator may include raster-collective positioned in plane of multiplicated image of light source.
