FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: word length is alternated using setup bits which are located in separated associative memory cells. This results in possibility of arbitrary extension of word length and possibility to execute arbitrary functions inside matrix, for example skipping or inhibiting. In addition need for external mask for specification of memory locations which operate according to specific rules is eliminated.
