FIELD: pulse technique; electronic devices operating under pulse noise conditions. SUBSTANCE: pulse generator has RS flip-flop built around CMOS transistors, two capacitors, two resistors, diode, and single-junction transistor; R and S inputs of RS flip-flop are connected through capacitors to neutral bus and through resistors, to its direct and inverted outputs, respectively; diode is connected in parallel to one of resistors so that its anode is connected to RS flip-flop input and cathode, to its output; emitter of single-junction transistor is connected to R input of RS flip-flop, its first base, to neutral bus, and second base, to direct output of RS flip-flop. EFFECT: improved triggering stability and noise immunity. 1 dwg
