FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has boiler 1, greenhouse space heating system 2 connected to boiler 1, contact-type combustion product heat utilizer 3, subsoil heating system 4, accumulating tank 5, air decarbonizator 6 with vapor discharge branch pipe 7 connected via pipeline with suction box of boiler fan and gas distribution system 8, which is connected through filter 9 via pipeline 10 to channel 11 for discharging of combustion products into atmosphere and via pipeline 12 to carbon oxide generator 13. Humid blowing air is supplied into combustion chamber to reduce egress of nitric oxide, increase service life of combustion chamber members taking high stress during operation of system and increase moisture content of flue gases escaping from boiler 1. As a result, heating capacity of heat utilizer 3 is increased. Required additional amount of carbon dioxide is supplied into gas distribution system 8 through pipeline 12 from carbon dioxide generator 13. Portion of combustion products is supplied via pipeline 10 through filter 9 into system 8. When carbon dioxide is not to be supplied into greenhouse, combustion products are completely discharged into atmosphere through channel 11.
