FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has charging section, cyclone-type washing chamber positioned centrally of charging section and connected with receiving section through liquid supply system provided with pumping chamber. Washing chamber is communicated via windows with foreign matter collector and has grain feeding opening provided with gate. Sand inclusions collector is formed as perforated trough with box-shaped accumulator, liquid supply tangential inlet and axial branch pipes. Axial branch pipe has liquid flow swirling chamber and stream-forming ejection insert. Light particle collector made in the form of sieve is pivotally attached in receiving chamber above intake branch pipe. Vertical wall is adapted to separate sections and has overflow opening provided with slide valve.
