MOBILE DEVICE FOR SORPTION NEUTRALIZATION OF GASES Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: mobile apparatuses for gases cleaning in neutralizing of harmful components by their concentration of granulated bulk sorbent in standard layers. SUBSTANCE: mobile device has separately mounted on movable platform; separator with receiving vessel provided with mechanism of airtight discharge, adsorber and drawing fan connected by through channel supplying air to be cleaned and having inlet and outlet pipes. Novelty consists in that device additionally has intake ejection pump made in the form of bushings distributed along flexible pipeline and connected with external system of compressed air supply. Receiver of each said bushing has concentrically located communication nozzle holes directed to cyclone installed on individual car and connected with separator inlet. At outlet of closed by cover adsorber, under vertically installed gas-permeable diaphragms supplying auger is mounted on discharge branch pipe. Cyclone, vertical adsorber and drawing fan are installed on coupled individual cars. The invention allows mobile performance of operations involved in sanitation of destroyed production rooms during liquidation of harmful chemical production plants with removal of separated into fractions solid debris and step full neutralization of gases with their safe utilization to meet ecological requirements.
