FIELD: vibrating devices used for packing various media in civil engineering and mining industry. SUBSTANCE: unbalance cylindrical rotor is mounted on fixed axle connected with one cover of vibration exciter housing by means of radial hydrostatic bearing. Interior of housing is decided into two chambers by means of partition. Axle is provided with passage for supply of liquid to chamber of above-mentioned bearing and to chamber of housing located between partition and second cover. Drive of rotor is made in form of blades of axial turbine mounted on it and nozzles located in partition. Chamber of bearing is formed by circular bores provided in rotor and on axle. length of chamber is equal to 0.4-0.6 of length of rotor; its depth ranges from 0.4 to 0.6 mm. Such sizes provide for smoothing pressure fluctuations of liquid. Rotor is stable in axial position due to two thrust hydrostatic bearings. Stiffness of rotor supports is adapted to change of load due to communication of radial bearing chamber and housing chamber with one pressure source. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg
