SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of processing wire by 15% sulfuric acid at 70-75 C, washing wire by water and applying underlubricant layer in the form of solution having concentration 100-150g/l at 90-95 C and containing (%): borax - 21-24, sodium tripolyphosphate 6-9, sodium metasilicate 1,5-4,5, industrial sodium carbonate 1- 3.5, surface active substance 0.5-1.5, sodium sulfate - the balance.
