SUBSTANCE: device includes air distributing headers 1 and 5 provided with slotted nozzles 3 and 4 at the outlet; nozzles are located coaxially relative to each other forming inner slotted screen A and outer slotted screen B. Air distributing headers 2 is secured on the outside of header 1 and nozzles 3 and 4 are formed from movable profiled plates 5 and 6. Inner slotted nozzle 3 is connected with header 1 by means of spherical joint 9 in which adjusting screw 10 is secured, guide groove 11 being formed in engageable part of header 1. Movable plates 5 and 6 forming coaxial slotted nozzles 3 and 4 are connected with left-handed and right-handed threads of different pitch for inner nozzle 3 and outer nozzle 4 by means of adjusting screw 12.
