SUBSTANCE: hydropneumatic member has low pressure chamber 4 and high pressure chamber with cylinder 1 and rod 2 filled with liquid and gas under pressure, pump with sleeve 14, delivery valve 17 and plunger 13 with axial hole 24 arranged between chambers, channel 23 connecting sleeve space with high pressure space, intake valve 15 with throttle 16, level control valve. According to invention, level control valve is made in form of gate 18 and compression spring 19 placed in sleeve 14 for pressing gate 18 either to end face of plunger 13, or to thrust portion 20 of sleeve 14.
