FIELD: protective coats for equipment of space vehicles to maintain thermal stability and disperse electrostatic discharges. SUBSTANCE: composite shell is radioparent; it contains conducting layer for dispersion of electrostatic discharges and thermoregulating layer for reflection of thermal radiation and reduction of temperature change effect on one side of composite shell on area of other side. It is preferable that conducting layer contains semiconductor, such as germanium. Thermoregulating layer includes backing, polyimide film, for example, intermediate layer made in form of polyamide screen secured to backing and thermoreflecting coat applied to intermediate layer to facilitate reflection of radiation for conducting layer and thermoregulating layer.
