FIELD: telecommunications, in particular, between such user sets as mobile telephones and ground inter-networking stations which are connected to public long-distance telephone and telegraph lines. SUBSTANCE: satellite load provides simultaneous multitude of independent antenna beams in direction of Earth-satellite as well as in direction of satellite-Earth using full duplex connection for user sets. In addition device provides identical number of duplex channels between ground inter-networking station and satellite. Load is located on one from multiple satellites which are located on low-earth orbit in order to provide communication within the globe. Beams in communication line from satellite to Earth are generated before final amplification in order to decrease losses in beam generation equipment. Other claims of invention describe design of transmitting phase-locked antenna array, and receiving phase-locked antenna array.
