FIELD: conveying equipment, applicable in truck fleets, on aerodromes, POL stores, for filling and emptying of barrel containers. SUBSTANCE: the device uses body 1, end packing 2, retractable key 3 with rod 4, end-piece 5 for gripping of plug 6 of neck 7 and packing ring 8 of rod 4 of key 3 mounted inside body 1. Body 1 represents a flexible hose of elastic gasoline- and oil proof material, whose one end is fitted onto packing bush 9 with detachable joint 10 installed on neck 7 and the other-on end bush 11, which through packing ring 12 by means of a bayonet joint is coupled to end flange 13, with retractable key 3 with rod 4, end-piece 5 for gripping of plug 6 of neck 7 and packing ring 8 of rod 4 of key 3, mounted inside it. The flow-draining system has two flexible pipelines of elastic gasoline - oil-proof material; the flow pipeline is furnished with an intake-dispensing adapter and communicates with a transfer pump; the draining pipeline is located inside the flow one for movement relative to the latter and its one end is connected to a float, and the other through an adapter communicates with the atmosphere. The intake-dispensing adapter is made of material providing for negative buoyancy to the flow pipeline. Detachable joint 10 consists of split flange 19 coupled to packing bush 9 by means of fasteners and fixed on neck 7 of the barrel container by a locating ring. End-piece 5 for gripping of plug 6 of neck 7 represent a shaped lock with a spring- loaded pressure plate freely coupled to the latter by means of fasteners. EFFECT: improved design. 5 cl, 7 dwg
