SUBSTANCE: reservoir (12) has a neck limiting the dispensing opening of the reservoir (12), a head (14) movable relative to the said reservoir between the first storage position in which the said head (14) is in a remote position with respect to the housing (12), and the second position of preparing, in which the said head (14) is located in the approximate position relative to the housing (12), the means (100) of hermetic closing the neck of the said reservoir (12) and the means (18) of breaking the said means (100) of hermetic closing. The said means (100) of hermetic closing are formed as a hermetic blister containing the two active components. The said blister (100) comprises two compartments (105a, 105b, 105c, …) separated by a longitudinal and/or transverse and/or located one above the other partitions (120; 120'; 120''; 130; 130'; 140',…). Each compartment contains the active component, and the said blister is fixed on the neck of the said reservoir (12) closing it hermetically so that after opening the said blister (100) with the said means of breaking (18), the said active components come in contact with the fluid and dissolve in this fluid.
EFFECT: absence of any risk of contamination or chemical degradation of active components during the time, eg, within possible interaction between the contents and the container.
