FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: external container 1 made of hard plastic material contains suction pump 7,8,9 driven by starting mechanism 14. Pump outlet hole 10 is coupled to flexible outlet tube 11 provided with tap 2 which is essentially spraying nozzle, and flexible suction tube 21 on inlet side is connected to coupler rod 25 on lower side of external container. External container accommodates flexible package 23 for repeated filling provided with coupler 24 made integral with it and pressed to rod 25. Coupler is opened by introduction of rod 25 into its body. Bending or turning guide brackets along with special plug 38 guarantee coupler opening when rod is introduced into its body and closing when rod is removed. Package ensures complete sealing.
