FIELD: washing and disinfection of washing objects in vibration-type washing machines. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in continuous vibration of detergent liquid at a frequency within 20 Hz to 14 kHz produced by a body with an antiadhesion surface placed in it and causing an exoelectronic emission on the liquid boundary, which induces an alternating electric field of the above frequency in the detergent liquid. The vibrator for washing and disinfection realizing this method is based on an electromechanical energy converter, sealed by synthetic polymer with antiadhesion properties and connected to an AC power source operating at a frequency of 20 Hz to 14 kHz. Synthetic polymer is selected from a group characterized by a strength of bond with a polished metal surface at flaking up to 17 N/sq.cm, and the frequency of the AC power source is selected from the condition of minimum absorption of vibrations used by polymers. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 8 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl
