FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to construction of wooden-panel low-storey buildings to be used at low ambient temperatures. Inner space of outer walls and flooring is divided by inserts into enclosed cells and to each of them via collectors and pipeline system delivered at preset flow rate is heated outside air, and forcefully withdrawn is moistened air by means of air preparation and withdrawing units. This cuts construction cost due to use of sawn timber with natural moisture content, prolongs service life of building due to maintaining its wooden components always in dry condition with periodic treatment of in-wall space with gaseous or aerosol antiseptic or insecticide compounds, improves indoor atmosphere due to gas-permeable wall and flooring covering with constant ventilation of in-wall space with heated outside air, increases fire-safety of building due to possibility of delivering fire-fighting compound into in-wall space.
