FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be used for cleaning inner surface of tubes from asphalt-resin and paraffin deposits, particularly in wells drilled in permafrost areas. Device has body, electric heating element with power supply cable. Body is made in the form of hollow hermetically sealed current-conducting cylinder with end-piece on its outer lower working end. Inner space of body is filled with salt, alkali or acid solution in which immersed is current-conducting rod isolated from body. For efficient and intensive heating of lower working end of body with its end-piece, rod isolated from body has current-conducting end-piece on its end immersed in salt solution. Outer surface of end-piece repeats shaping of body bottom inner surface. For more efficient removal of heavy high-melting deposits, upper surface of current input unit is made dish-like directed with its concave surface upwards. This permits quick and efficient cleaning of inner surface of pump-compressor tubes from deposits including those of plug type. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 1 dwg
