SUBSTANCE: deflector has cylindrical branch pipe with taper diffuser fitted on it and provided with taper shield and taper hood mounted above outlet hole of taper diffuser. Upper portion of diffuser, shield and hood are embraced by cylindrical casing; all these parts are interconnected by means of lugs. Ratio of diameter of outlet hole of taper diffuser 2 to diameter of inlet hole which is equal to inner diameter of cylindrical branch pipe 1 is equal to 1.82; ratio of length of taper diffuser 2 to inner diameter of branch pipe 1 is 1.50; ratio of diameter of cylindrical casing 5 to inner diameter of cylindrical branch pipe 1 is 1.818; ratio of diameter of taper hood 4 to inner diameter of cylindrical branch pipe 1 is 1.545; ratio of height of taper hood 4 to inner diameter of cylindrical branch pipe 1 is 0.273; ratio of distance between taper hood 4 and taper diffuser 2 is 0.364; ratio of height of cylindrical casing 5 to inner diameter of cylindrical branch pipe 1 is 1.091; ratio of diameter of taper shield 3 to inner diameter of cylindrical branch pipe 1 is 1.40.
