FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: method is realised by using both wind speed discharge and a low-pressure area developed by the wind in a wind shadow behind a smoke stack or a ventilation pipe. In a part of a ventilation pipe or a smoke stack protruding towards the wind area, there are windows or holes provided for passage of oncoming air inside the pipe, and reflecting working surfaces of these windows or holes are inclined towards the axis of the ventilation pipe at the angle α=5°-85° to modify direction of incoming air and to subsequently eject the sucked air. According to the section version of the invention a part of the pipe is made in the form of inclined reflectors and ribs.
EFFECT: deflector has higher flow of air sucked from a smoke stack or a room and double limit underpressure.
