The novelty in the bullet is the selection of optimum lengths of the bullet head and longitudinal grooves in the envelope, as well as of the distances from the tip point to the space bottom and to the beginning of the longitudinal grooves. In the second variant the bullet has an envelope and a slug and jacket located in it at specified quantitative relations. In both variants of bullets a composite slug may be made.
