FILTERING GEAR Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: filtering equipment, devices taking gas sample while checking content of mechanical impurities, specifically in photometric dust meters in systems of cooling of turbogenerators with gaseous hydrogen in the capacity of working medium. SUBSTANCE: filtering gear includes case with cover and branch pipes to feed filtering agent and to discharge filtered agent, flat filtering element placed inside case in casing which has radial slot and holes, pressing ring positioned in case on side of supply of filtered medium and rod with spring. Present gear differs from known gears by manufacture of rod in the form of bushing with bottom attached to casing, holes and rod mounted in it for axial translation. Rod is fitted with resting collar and tail part. Spring is located between tail part and bottom of bushing. EFFECT: enhanced filtering efficiency. 1 dwg
