FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: valve is designed to control compressed-gas flow rate, mainly, in instruments and devices intended for gas sampling at pressure up to 40 MPa. Valve has body, seat mounted for adjusting its position relative to body axis, and sealing elements. Valve body accommodates shutoff-control member interacting with seat. Shutoff-control member is provided with tapered shutoff surface and smaller-diameter step positioned with radial clearance in seat inlet channel. Surface inclined to axis is provided at end of smaller-diameter step. Seat inlet channel contains groove accommodating sealing ring. Throttling channel is made in smaller-diameter step of shutoff member. Inlet hole of throttling channel is positioned in front of sealing ring along gas flow, and output hole is located behind it. EFFECT: more stepless gas-flow control during commencement of opening. 2 dwg
