FIELD: examination and analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: method of gas sampling for check tube (for example indicating tube) includes blowing over and breaking-off of input end or both ends of ampoulized check tube in zone of gas operating pressure inside measuring chamber of sampling device and delivery of gas to be analyzed. Device has measuring chamber with inlet and outlet pipe unions. Measuring chamber includes body, cover, nipple with inlet and outlet channels and circular seals, with ampoulized check tube positioned in nipple inlet channel by means of sealing member. Device has stop-and-control fittings, gas flow meter and cylinder with hole arranged in measuring chamber body. Lever is coupled to cylinder tightly. Cylinder is packed relative to body with circular seals. Measuring chamber space in front of nipple is provided with auxiliary blow-through channel and stop member. In other design variant of device, the latter has cylinder with hole positioned in nipple hole packed with circular seal and located perpendicularly to check tube axis. Measuring chamber body is provided with recess for installation of nipple with ampoulized check tube and cylinder with lever. In other variant of device, cylinder with hole is coupled to rod and mounted in measuring chamber body for axial displacement. Rod is made with flats.
